Chci v\u00e1m ji ale uk\u00e1zat ne jako n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00fd ritu\u00e1l, ale jako technick\u00fd proces lad\u011bn\u00ed va\u0161eho v\u011bdom\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je meditace jednoduch\u00fdmi slovy?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ani\u017e bychom zach\u00e1zeli p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 technicky, meditace je kontrolovan\u00e9 soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed pozornosti. Toto je pr\u00e1zdn\u00e1 tabulka, na kterou za\u010dnete ps\u00e1t novou realitu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meditace o stavu napln\u011bn\u00e9 touhy<\/strong> Jakmile jste si ust\u00e1lili stav \u201cJ\u00c1 JSEM\u201d, dal\u0161\u00edm krokem je \u201cnasadit si\u201d pocit spln\u011bn\u00e9ho snu.
